We'd love to welcome you to our Sunday Service!

Sundays, 3.00pm, at St John's Church Hall (St John's Church Road, Folkestone, CT19 5BQ).

What should I expect?

We are a group of ordinary Christians of different ages and backgrounds who gather each Sunday to worship God. Our services begin with a warm welcome, and include music and singing, a children's talk, prayer, and God's word (the Bible) read and preached. Our worship is a mix of the best of older hymns and more contemporary songs. You can find out more about us here.

Our services are open to all, so whether you're already a Christian or just want to find out more, you are very welcome to join us. We're a new church, and we're a friendly church, but you won't be put on the spot or asked to do anything you're uncomfortable with; and you don't have to dress in a particular way.

Our services finish by 4.30pm and you're very welcome to stick around afterwards - we would love to get to know you over a cup of tea or fresh coffee and cake.

Where do I park?

There are spaces in the car park at St John's Church, or you can park in the streets around St John’s or by Radnor Park (please note some street parking is for 2 hours, but other streets are only 1 hour).

What about children?

At Redeemer Church we're really excited that children can understand the Bible and grasp the Good News about Jesus from a very young age, and it's a real joy and privilege for us to support families in teaching their children about Christ. You can find out more here.
